WOWRIO Care+ for Airlio

Two years of added peace of mind for your WOWRIO Airlio.

WOWRIO Care+ is an optional two-year protection plan for your Airlio. It includes one replacement for an eligible incident of loss, theft or accidental damage, plus priority customer support.

What your coverage includes

• One eligible replacement: a $9.90 service fee includes replacement shipping. A 14-day waiting period applies from the date your Care+ coverage begins. Replacement units may be new or refurbished, subject to availability.
• Repair support after replacement: once your replacement benefit has been used, accidental-damage repair service fees are capped at $15 per incident during your coverage period. Shipping is paid separately.
• Priority support: contact customerservice@wowrio.co with your order number and a description of the issue.

Eligibility and coverage period

Add the matching Care+ plan with your device or within 60 days of your device purchase. Coverage lasts for two years from the device order date when purchased together, or from the Care+ purchase date when purchased separately.
