Which WOWRIO should I choose?
Choose Sport for polarized audio sunglasses outdoors, Airlio for a lightweight neckband you can wear with your own eyewear, or Urban for a metal frame with removable audio modules.
What does open-ear audio mean?
The speakers deliver sound without earbuds inside your ears. Your ear canals stay uncovered while you listen to music or take calls.
Can I keep wearing my own glasses?
Airlio is independent of your eyewear and can be worn with many glasses styles; comfort and fit vary. Sport and Urban use their own frames.
Can Urban’s audio modules be worn separately?
No. Urban’s modules attach to the Urban frame for listening. They are not standalone earbuds. Remove them and place them in the dedicated case when charging.
When will my Urban pre-order arrive?
Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the date you place your order until you receive it. This estimate includes the time before dispatch and transit.
What does the included Care+ cover?
