Refund Policy

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in like-new condition and fully functional

  • Not be damaged, heavily worn, or permanently altered

  • Include all items originally included in the shipment

  • Be returned in the original packaging, with the packaging in intact and good condition

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at customerservice@wowrio.co with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.

Return Shipping Fee

For non-quality-related returns, a $5 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

For quality-related issues, including defective items, items damaged in transit, or incorrect items, no return label fee will be charged.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale or final sale items

  • Gift cards

WOWRIO Care+

If you would like to cancel or request a return or refund for WOWRIO Care+, please contact customerservice@wowrio.co. Care+ requests are handled case by case.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty (6 Months)

WOWRIO products include a 6-month limited warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal consumer use.

What’s Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, including drops, impact, or crushing

  • Water damage beyond intended use

  • Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or discoloration

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper care

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly

  • Loss or theft

  • Issues caused by non-approved accessories or chargers, where applicable

Extend Your Coverage with WOWRIO Care+

If you would like additional coverage beyond the standard warranty period, you may purchase WOWRIO Care+ for eligible devices. Care+ provides added protection benefits and extended coverage for up to 2 years, subject to eligibility and applicable terms.

How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, contact customerservice@wowrio.co with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable.

Our Determination

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for warranty service based on the information provided and our inspection results, to the extent permitted by law.
