WOWRIO Care+

WOWRIO Care+ is an additional protection plan for your WOWRIO device, providing extended support and accidental coverage benefits.

Eligibility

WOWRIO Care+ can be purchased:

  • Together with your device
  • Within 60 days from the date of your device purchase

After 60 days, WOWRIO Care+ is no longer available for that device.

Coverage Term

  • If purchased with the product, coverage begins on the order date and lasts for 2 years
  • If purchased separately, coverage begins on the Care+ purchase date and lasts for 2 years

What’s Covered

One Replacement Benefit (Loss / Theft / Accidental Damage)

During your Care+ coverage period, you may request one replacement for an eligible incident, including loss, theft, or accidental damage.

  • A 14-day waiting period applies. Replacement requests may be made starting 14 days after Care+ becomes active
  • A replacement service fee of $9.90 applies per replacement request
  • This $9.90 fee includes both the service fee and replacement shipping fee
  • We generally do not require strict proof for loss or theft, but we may request additional details in certain cases

Replacement units may be new or refurbished, subject to availability.

Low-Cost Repairs After Replacement Benefit Has Been Used

If your one replacement benefit has already been used, you may still request repair support for accidental damage.

  • Repair service fees are capped at $15 per incident
  • Shipping is not included
  • Shipping fees must be paid separately based on the shipping options in our Shipping Policy

Care+ customers receive priority support through customerservice@wowrio.co.

What’s Not Covered

WOWRIO Care+ does not cover:

  • Intentional damage, abuse, or repeated misuse
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, unless related to a covered incident
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Replacement requests beyond the one replacement benefit
  • Fraudulent or unverifiable claims

How to Use WOWRIO Care+

To request service under WOWRIO Care+, contact customerservice@wowrio.co with your order number, a description of the incident, and photos or videos if applicable. We will confirm eligibility, any applicable fees, and the next steps.
