Shipping — United States (Contiguous U.S. Only)
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- PO boxes
Please use a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout. Orders placed with unsupported addresses may be cancelled.
Shipping Options & Rates (U.S.)
Free Standard Shipping (Orders $59+)
Orders of $59 or more qualify for free Standard shipping within the continental United States.
For orders under $59:
- Standard: $5
- Expedited: $12
- Priority: $12
Please note that different shipping speeds may occasionally display the same estimated arrival date at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@wowrio.co. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.
Shipping — Australia (Limited)
At this time, we only ship to Australia for A8 (Black Lens).
Available shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout. We ship to residential or commercial street addresses only. PO boxes are not supported.
