Buy a Care+ plan for your WOWRIO Smart Sport Glasses. If your device is eligible, you can buy a Care+ plan for additional coverage.

Eligibility for WOWRIO Care+ Plan

To determine if your device qualifies for the Care+ plan, note that it must be purchased either alongside your device or within 60 days from the date of your device purchase. Unfortunately, if 60 days have passed since your device purchase, the Care+ Plan cannot be acquired.

Effective Period of Care+ Plan

  • If purchased concurrently with the product, the Care+ plan activates from the date of your order and extends for two years.
  • If acquired separately, coverage commences from the date of purchase, also lasting for two years.

What’s covered?

  • One Free Replacement: In the unfortunate event of theft, accidental damage, or loss under any circumstances, you are entitled to request a complimentary replacement of your device 14 days after your Care+ plan becomes active. This offer is valid from 14 days post-activation until the conclusion of your Care+ plan.
  • Unlimited Low-Cost Repairs for Accidental Damage: Should your device suffer any damage or malfunction, contact us for support. Charges for repairs are determined based on the specific conditions of the damage, capped at a maximum of $15.
  • Priority Customer Support: Customers with the Care+ plan receive our highest priority. Our dedicated customer service team is on standby to promptly address your inquiries and issues.
