What is in the box?
WOWRIO Airlio open-ear neckband headphones, a magnetic charging cable and a user manual.
How should I wear Airlio?
Wear the neckband behind your neck with the speakers positioned over the cheekbone area near your ears. Keep the ear canal open. Adjust the position gently until it feels stable and comfortable.
Airlio weighs 17g and works independently of your eyewear. It can be worn with many glasses, but fit varies between frames.
How do I connect Airlio to my phone?
Charge and turn on Airlio following the supplied manual. Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings and look for A5, the Bluetooth device name. Select it to connect. If it is connected to another nearby phone, disconnect it there first.
How do I control music and calls?
Airlio uses physical buttons for power, play/pause, volume, tracks, calls and compatible voice assistants. Voice prompts and red/blue status lights provide feedback. Use the supplied manual for the exact presses and hold times.
How do I charge Airlio?
Use the included magnetic charging cable. Check that the contacts are clean and dry and that the cable sits correctly. Charging takes approximately 1.5 hours.
A full charge provides up to 8 hours of music or 6 hours of calls. Actual runtime varies with volume and use.
Is Airlio bone conduction or noise cancelling?
Airlio uses open-ear air-conduction speakers. It is not a bone-conduction product and does not provide active noise cancellation. Nearby sound may remain more available, while loud surroundings can compete with your audio.
What if Airlio will not connect or charge?
Check that it is charged, powered on and not connected to another phone. Switch your phone’s Bluetooth off and on, then reconnect to A5. For charging issues, inspect the magnetic contacts and try a working power source. Contact us if the issue continues.
